Course Overview: Rooted Aliveness – A Somatic Journey into Wholeness
This course offers a grounding in somatic presencing as a tool to orient into your adult body — especially during moments of stress or activation. You’ll learn to meet your experience with compassion, not correction, and rewire the belief that regulation means always feeling calm or good.
Together, we’ll explore how your nervous system has been shaped by what you've received, perceived, and believed — and how somatic practice can support your capacity to feel fully alive, expressed, and whole.
Key themes include:
Anchoring into the body as a source of safety and presence
Expanding your capacity to be with all emotions, not just the “good” ones
Reclaiming regulation as responsiveness, not perfection
Rooting into the truth that you are not broken — you are inherently worthy and alive
This is a path back to yourself — not to be fixed, but to be felt and fully lived.
